More about the products that make up this Menopause Support Pack:
- 1x pot MenoEmbrace: A herbal menopause support supplement, with 9 active ingredients – pffafia, dong quai, wild yam extract, agnus castus, black cohosh, evening primrose oil, red clover, sage leaf and Siberian ginseng. This unique supplement combines most of the well-known women’s herbs in a single formula to help maintain a harmonious hormonal system during the menopause years.
- 1x pot GentleRelease: Specifically formulated to encourage regular bowel movements, clear excess toxins and re-population of beneficial bowel bacteria – to bring balance to the body.
- 1x pot Omega-Krill: This is a pure and natural source of Omega 3 oil (an essential fatty acid) and provides high levels of phospholipids – a fundamental component of human cell membranes. Notably, it also contains the powerful antioxidant astaxanthin, which sets krill oil apart from traditional fish oils. Omega’s are important because they are instrumental in many body functions, including in relation to hormones, blood pressure, heart function, cholesterol, body temperature, weight management, skeletal health, cognitive function, mood, skin, hair, nails and more.
Easy step-by-step guide to using this Menopause Essential Pack:
MenoEmbrace: Take 1 – 4 capsules per day with food. Start off on a higher intake of 1 – 2 capsules taken with breakfast and the evening meal for 3 – 4 weeks. Thereafter, reduce intake to 1 – 3 capsules per day.

Note: Always combine the Menopause Essential Pack with a balanced daily diet, exercise and drink lots of pure water to support cell hydration and body cleansing processes. Ideally, this programme should be followed for 3 – 6 months.
More about the menopause and hormonal balance…
Menopause is the conclusion of menstruation at the end of reproductive life, which usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 50 and lasts about 4 years. Ovulation fails, the intervals between periods becomes longer and hormonal activity wanes. In fact, it is the sharp decline in the production of both progesterone and oestrogen that triggers the menopause. Periods may stop gradually or quite suddenly and may become scantier.
Once women reach menopause, they are at greater risk of developing osteoporosis – a disease characterised by the thinning of the bone – leaving them vulnerable to breaks and fractures. However, it tends to be the day-to-day symptoms that most worry women about coping during this time, as they can be debilitating.
Menopause symptoms do not tend to all present at once. Common symptoms include: hot flushes, weight gain, depression, fatigue, bloating, urinary frequency, headaches, backache, painful breasts, vaginal discomfort, insomnia, poor concentration, irritability, mood swings and poor sexual response.
For decades, women have undergone hormone replacement therapy (HRT) – the usual remedy prescribed by doctors to treat the symptoms of menopause. However, some women are reluctant to use oestrogen because of the now proven increased risk of breast cancer. In fact, this traditional course of treatment is now being actively discouraged for this very reason. As such, many women now seek out a more natural approach, including:
- blood sugar control
- progesterone cream
- dietary supplementation, including vitamins C and E, essential fats (Omega oils), soya, isoflavones and herbs (such as red clover, black cohosh, St John’s wort and dong quai).
